The Institute for Informatics, Data Science and Biostatistics (I2DB) is pleased to announce that its annual symposium will take place on April 13, 2026, at the Eric P. Newman Education Center. The keynote speaker for the 2026 symposium will be Marina Sirota, PhD. Dr. Sirota serves as a professor and interim director of the Bakar Computational Health Sciences Institute at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). Her research specializes in developing computational integrative methods and applying these approaches to disease diagnostics and therapeutics.
