Public Health & Society faculty member EA Quinn is making an impact on public health research and leadership.
Recently, she gave the keynote address at Northwestern University Institute for Public Health and Medicine. This reflects both her leadership in the field and her commitment to mentoring the next generation of public health professionals.
In April, she shared her research on creating a test for mastitis at the WashU Arts & Sciences 2026 Research Innovation Showcase. Mastitis is a painful condition that can occur during breastfeeding. Her research is focused on a new diagnostic tool so that patients can get access to appropriate care.
Through her teaching, research, and professional leadership EA Quinn is helping to improve the outcomes for both individuals and communities.
